Basic objectives of privacy policy
  1. Privacy policy applies to the processing and protection of personal information in connection with the use of the site www.kazar.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘the site’), administered by Kazar Footwear LLC based in Przemysl, Lwowska St. 154 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Kazar’).
  2. Privacy policy of the site includes the applicable rules for the collection and use of data about users, including the organized competitions and the orders supplied electronically whose purpose is to provide free newsletters.
  3. Our primary goal is to provide site users with protection of privacy equivalent to the standards laid down in the applicable legislation, in particular the law of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 16 July 2004, of the telecommunication law.
  4. Please be advised that the site may include external links which enable users to directly access other websites. Kazar does not affect the privacy policy and the use of cookies of other websites and does not assume any responsibility for them. We recommend that prior to use of the resources offered by other websites, you read their privacy policy document and the use of cookies, if available, or in their absence you contact owners of the page to get information about it.
Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of the user’s personal information provided in connection with the use of the site is Kazar Footwear LLC based in Przemysl, Lwowska St. 154, 37-700 Przemysl, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, Register Nr 0000132965, Share Capital PLN 100 000, Taxpayer Identification Number: 795 15 32 361, National Business Registry Number: 651 500 282.

Principles of collecting personal data and information
  1. When viewing the content of the site, information about the use of the site and the user’s IP addresses are collected automatically based on an analysis of access logs, such as browser type, operating system type, date and time of visits, number of visits, the number of open pages, and content viewed.
  2. When opening ‘STORES’ the user is asked to agree to provide your location. To consent, select ‘Share Location’. If the user does not consent to show your location close the query. You can also share your location choosing appropriate browser settings, used to view contents of the site. You may stop sharing your location at any time choosing appropriate browser settings so you are asked each time if you agree to share your location. We recommend that you refer to the ‘Help’ section of your web browser. In this case, failing to provide personal data by the user may limit the use of certain features within the site.
  3. Viewing contents of the site does not require the user's personal data.
  4. Using some of the site functions may be preceded by the registration process, which may involve application with the user's personal data. In this case, failing to provide personal data may limit the use of certain features within the site.
  5. The site includes a contact form and an on-line order form whose purpose is to provide free newsletters. Filling in the contact form and free newsletter request involves providing certain personal data.
  6. Providing personal data will also be required to register participation in a competition organized by the site.
Scope of data and information collected and the way they are used
  1. User of the site may be requested to provide the following personal information: name, address, phone number, email address, password. Personal data to be provided by the user is required to use the specific functions of the site and it is each time identified and distinguished from the data to be provided at the discretion of the user.
  2. Personal data collected during the registration process is used solely to enable the user to log in to the site in order to benefit from the site functions, which is preceded by the registration process.
  3. JIf the user applied to take part in a competition organized within the site, personal information collected in this way is used for the purposes of the competition, in which the user is taking part. If the user wins a prize the user’s address data can be transferred to the provider of courier services for delivery of the prize, after the user’s agreement. The detailed terms and conditions of the competition are determined each time.
  4. Personal data provided by the user in the contact form is used in order to answer the query submitted by the user of the site.
  5. If a user of the site placed an order for a service provided by e-mail, the subject of which is providing free newsletters or otherwise agreed to receive them, the provided e-mail address is added to the e-mailing list and is used to send newsletters to the user. Detailed terms for providing free newsletters are determined by the terms of newsletter service.
  6. The collected data is also used to determine the profile of the site user and to adjust the content of the site and newsletters to the individual user’s needs. Processing of the indicated data always takes place in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
  7. Information collected automatically is used to manage the site, determine possible security risks, study traffic within the site and to provide statistical data, including the use of Google Analytics, eg. the region from which there was a connection, IP number, the date and time of connection, source and the number of connections, number of pages opened within the site or personalization of the site content. This information is not in any way connected with the user's personal information or to determine the identity of the user. The scope of information collected automatically depends on the user’s browser. The user should check the settings of the browser to learn what information is provided by the browser automatically, or to make changes to these settings.   8. Location information is used to customize the site content, eg. show our stores nearest to your location.
  9. Please be advised that under current law we may be required by authorized state bodies to disclose information, including the IP address of the site user.
The processing of personal data
  1. Personal data shall be processed on the basis of consent by the site user whose personal data is processed in those cases in which the law entitles Kazar, as the data controller, to process personal information.
  2. The user’s consent to the processing of personal data takes place when a designated box is checked during the procedure whose aim is to allow the user to select chosen functions of the site, eg. the form.
  3. Kazar does not share the collected data to third parties, unless the prior consent of the user is expressed, whose personal data is processed (eg when the user wishes to sell the right to a prize, the contact details can be transferred to the provider of courier services for delivery of the prize, if the user agrees ) or when required to disclose information by law.
  4. Kazar, as an administrator of personal data, may delegate the processing of personal data collected within the site to another entity, by an agreement in writing, in accordance with Article 31 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
Users’ Rights
  1. The user has the right to access and correct his personal data.
  2. Kazar, as an administrator of personal data, provides the user of the site, at his request, with the option to remove all personal information contained in the data sets. The user wanting to remove his personal information contained in the data set, should contact Kazar in the manner described under ‘Contact Us’ heading.
  3. The user of the site has the right to obtain information as to whether and to what extent his personal data is processed, as well as the purpose and scope of the processing of his personal data.
  4. The user may at any time change the e-mail address, associated with the newsletter, or cancel the site, whose purpose is to provide free newsletters, by selecting the link located in the footer of newsletter and typing in the box his e-mail address, and then selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ option.

  1. The site uses cookies, which are small text and numeric files that are stored by the system on the user’s computer, phone or other devices, which were associated with the site while browsing, and allow for the subsequent identification of the user when connecting to the site from the device eg computer, telephone, on which they were written.
  2. Cookies collect data on the use of the site and their main objective is to facilitate the use of the site, customize the site to suit users’ needs (personalize subpages) and study the traffic within the site.

YOUTUBE KAZAR includes on its site video files available on YouTube. For this purpose, the relevant sections and pages include the code linking to YouTube.   1. Cookies do not store data on personal information of the site users. Cookies are not used to determine the identity of the user.

  2. Access to processing personal data of the user has been authorised by Kazar only to a limited number of Kazar employees, who act as data administrators.
Change of Privacy Policy

Kazar reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy and cookies. The site users will be immediately informed about any change concerning Privacy Policy and cookies in Privacy Policy tab.
