As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a sales agreement concluded at the Kazar Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of physical goods, the deadline for cancelling the sales agreement shall expire 14 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the goods. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of a number of items that are shipped separately or an agreement obliging the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts, the cancellation period shall begin from the date on which you took possession of the last item, the last batch or part or on which the third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the last item, last batch or part. However, in the case of sales agreements involving services, the 14-day cancellation period shall start on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

By cancelling the sales agreement, you may use the cancellation form template, but this is not mandatory.

The cancellation form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms and Conditions, and is attached to the email sent by us after you completed your order with the confirmation of acceptance of the order and is additionally included with the shipment that contains your order. In order to meet the deadline for cancelling an agreement, it is sufficient to send a declaration that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.

In the event of cancellation of a sales agreement, we shall refund you all payments that we have received from you, including the cost of shipping the item, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of shipping method other than the cheapest ordinary shipping method offered by us.

We shall refund the payment immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation. Your refund of payment shall be made using the same payment method that you used in your original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You may inform us of this, for example, while exercising your right of cancellation or by contacting us by email at: shop@kazar.com or customercare@kazar.com. In no instance shall you incur any charges in connection with this refund.

We may withhold return of payment until we have received the item or until we receive a proof of return, depending on which event occurs first.

Please return or transfer the item to us immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is held if you return the item before the 14 day deadline to the following address:

Please be sure to protect the goods properly against any damage that may be incurred while shipping. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the item. Please do not send 'pick-up' or reverse charge shipments.

You are only responsible for a reduction in the value of items that may arise from improper use. 

If you wish, you may send back or return the item together with a declaration regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation. However, this is not a requirement. The process of returning any purchased goods can be completed in a few very simple steps:

Our shoes generally adhere to the typical numbering system used in European countries. However, fitting footwear correctly does not only involve the length of the insole – in other words, the size – but also the width and design of the shoe. Very often shoes feature fashionable details – for example, pointed toes.

If you have purchased a size that is not suitable for you, you may exchange it for another model.

If you are interested in a different size of a particular model and at the same time wish to ensure that it does not sell out before you have managed to return the original purchase, we suggest in such situations that you buy the item you are interested in as soon as you can and at the same time return the original item according to the standard procedure. product. We will do our best to refund your original purchase as soon as possible. This usually takes up to 3 working days.
